Factory Tour

1.) Switlik Life Vests are manufactured in Trenton, NJ


2.) All material receives a visual inspection upon arrival at the Switlik factory in Trenton, NJ


3.) Material is further tested for specification conformance in our Material Test Lab.


4.) Life Vest cells are welded on our state of the art heat sealing equipment.


5.) Straps and other attachments are sewn by our experienced operators.


6.) Every life vest is pressure tested for 12 hours before shipping.


7.) Life vests may be packaged to a customer's specific configuration.
