SWITLIK is proud to offer our new CLR-10 MK-II Life Raft. The CLR 10 MK-II Life Raft is identical to our 10 Person Capacity U.S.C.G. Approved/SOLAS MK-II Life Raft except the SOLAS equipment is replaced with a U.S.C.G. Approved Coastal Service equipment pack. This allows the CLR-10 to be packed into a smaller, lower profile, flat fiberglass container. Additional survival equipment appropriate to your vessel, crew, and area of operation should be packed in a separate Abandon Ship Bag.

The CLR-10’s heat-sealed 16oz. per square yard Nylon fabric, urethane coated inside and out, and over-lapped seams taped inside and out, is the toughest in the industry. The CLR 10 features extra large diameter buoyancy tubes and a rigid boarding step in addition to a boarding ladder.

Twin “Gull-Wing” doors facilitate boarding from higher freeboard vessels and the large openings provide excellent ventilation with 3600 lookout capability. Outer furlable Storm Doors provide increased protection for the occupants. The CLR-10’s two counter-opposed canopy support arch tubes provide head and shoulder room for all occupants and inflate automatically.

Four large capacity rectangular cross-section Ballast Pockets offer greater stability than triangular cross-section “Icelandic” pockets of equivalent length. An optional independent Heat Sealed Inflatable Floor keeps occupants above and away from water in the Life Raft. An anodized marine grade aluminum Deck Mounting Cradle, and Hydrostatic Release are also available as options.
